Aerial is an evolution of traditional yoga that uses a hammock to enhance yoga postures. With the support of a soft hammock, aerial allows you to explore, refine and advance your traditional asana practice, both in the air and on the ground.
Classes focus on building strength, balance and flexibility. Through the use of inversion therapy (hanging upside down) we stimulate the lymphatic system helping to reduce toxins in the body and allow the spine to decompress and lengthen.
Aerial classes are held regularly at 9:45am on Saturdays, but it is recommended that you participate in the 2 week Aerial Course before attending a regular class.
