Restorative Yoga is a slow paced style of yoga focusing on deep physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Props, like blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps are used so that you are supported in your pose comfortably.This practice is great to balance an active yoga schedule or to give yourself a break when you feel under the weather.

60 minute restorative yoga classes are held on FRIDAY evenings from  6pm - 7pm
