The Runner's Series
The Runners Series is a 3 class series that is designed to enhance your running experience.
Over the 3 weeks we will cover basic "running" anatomy and work through yoga positions, stretches and flows that will strengthen intrinsic muscle groups, release tight areas of the body & stabilise and support your skeletal system.
A regular yoga practice is a great way to keep the body aligned and balanced and at the end of the 3 weeks you will work away with a 10 minute flow that you can do at anytime of the day to ease tension and strengthen the body.
